Key Responsibilities
Analyzing Front Office systems (CRD) and related applications (Warehouse, Back Office) to assess and address trading and data needs with timely, effective solutions
Conducting thorough investigations and analyses of trade and data management functions within the Front Office environment
Documenting processes and workflows to promote transparency and comprehension
Providing technical support to Front Office users
Troubleshooting issues related to data management and trading solutions as they arise
Researching and assessing new features and tools to improve the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of the Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS)
Assisting the Trade and Data Operations team with Business-As-Usual (BAU) inquiries and process enhancements
Creating and testing configuration changes to CRIMS in the development environment
Supporting project teams by identifying and scoping opportunities through change management processes
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Front Office and trading solutions and platforms
Reviewing and analyzing system issues, recommending solutions or making improvements
Participating in team meetings to discuss progress, updates, and strategic plans

Non-Negotiables
1-3 years of business / system analysis work experience
Trade support and Charles River experience would be an advantage
Experience in Financial Services or Asset Management
Proven knowledge & experience would be an advantage
Excellent MS office skills including Word, Excel and SharePoint Online
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline).
Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) or Certificate in Agile Analysis through the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) would be an advantage.
