Our client is a short term commercial insurance administrator that provides underwriting and administration services to the South African broker market.



Role Description

This is a temporary full-time remote/hybrid role for a Short Term Commercial Insurance Administrator, which could lead to a permanent position. The Administrator will be responsible for tasks related to insurance policies, customer service and liaising with insurers.



Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience in short term commercial insurance
Knowledge of Professional Indemnity Insurance is a plus
Customer service and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail and problem solving abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in working with GRAIL software
