Position Description
Title: Short Term Sales and Support Administrator
Location: Fourways
Position Purpose:
Our client, based in Blair Athol, whom are in the Insurance industry, are seeking a SHORT-TERM SALES AND SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR to join their team
Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12
• MUST have a driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• Experience on the X-Plan insurance package would be highly beneficial
• Word, Excel and Outlook are a must
• Discovery Insurance experience highly beneficial
Duties and Responsibilities and Performance Outcomes:
• Call leads brought in by Brokers and do quotations
• Call existing clients on database cross sell to offer short term insurance cover
• Review policies at renewal stage
• In-house servicing and amendments
• Load Tasks and ensure continuously updated
• Capturing quotation info and utilising various quotation platforms available
• Presenting and following up on quotations issued
• Capturing new business on Xplan and new business/pipeline spreadsheet
• Sending thank you, disclosure and policy schedules
• Prospecting – calling for new business (telesales)
• Ensure disclosure letters and FAIS requirements are complete
• Account queries, arrear premiums, cancellations and double deductions, retentions
• Following up on requirements
• Processing claims
