TECHNICAL CALL CENTER MANAGER (ITIL / Software Engineering)
KWAZULU NATAL

We are seeking a dynamic organized and technically minded Call Center Manager for our global client. Call center has around 10 agents
You will be overseeing the daily running of the center, assisting with technical queries if they cannot be resolved.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
- Matric
- Valid SA driver's license and own vehicle
- ITIL qualification / software engineering qualification
- Min 5 years’ experience within a call center environment is preferred
- Must be flexible and have a passion for technical problem-solving and people
- Willing to assist with after-hours queries that may be directed to you
- Patient with excellent Customer service skills
- Leadership and flexibility
