TECHNICAL SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER

Responsible for formulating and implementing strategic sales initiatives, assessing team performance, and analysing market trends to ensure the company's strategies are in line with regional requirements. Establishing team objectives and quotas, coordinating training programs, and guaranteeing the preparedness and efficiency of all sales resources and materials.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Grade 12
• Diploma / Degree in Sales and Marketing
• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering Adv.
• 10+ yrs proven experience in a sales-related field, procurement, sales admin, etc, within a technical, engineering, or industrial sector.
• Technical product knowledge essential
• Sound understanding of the Electrical Engineering environment.
• Training in consumer shopping habits, leadership skills, management and marketing strategies ADV
• Excellent communication skills, can collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent knowledge of freight forwarding & import & export rules & regulations
• Advanced sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyse consumer data
• Knowledge of trends and regulations within the industry/sector.
• Excellent leadership and coaching abilities.
• Able to work with other department heads to develop effective marketing strategies
