We're URGENTLY seeking a Sales Business Development Consultant - Permanent Position -Westville -Durban -Our "Risk Consultant" roles are Like Sales Representatives. Much of the time the Risk Consultant will be on the road selling our products and services.
Candidates must have strong sales skills, as well as a proven track record thereof.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas of products and services.
Create and conduct effective proposal presentations that identify prospects' business problems, the effects of the problems, and the solutions to their problems.
Ensure a complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
To manage, according to company service standards, the assigned Clients, post-sales, to track, analyze, report on, and optimize client potential.
When necessary, provide system training to clients on the application and implementation of products and services sold.
Develop an annual business plan in conjunction with Management, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting or exceeding sales quota.
Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction.
Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision-makers.
Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share.
Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers.
Relate understanding/knowledge of risk mitigation and provide advice on risk-related issues within the client’s organization for which Optix products and services provide a possible solution.
Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face-to-face cold calling on business Desired Experience &

Matric /Grade 12
MUST have strong Sales Experience in Marketing & Sales / Client Success Experience or retention.
Experience within the Logistic / Transport industries is highly preferred.
Diploma/higher certificate within the Sales &Marketing and/or Transport Sector (Advantageous)
Package & Remuneration
Salary: Up to R25 000.00 - R35 000.00 per month (based firmly on experience)
Location: Westville -Durban
Onsite working model-Monday to Friday : 8am – 5pm
