We're seeking Telemarketing Agents for our client based in Mutual Park, Pinelands, Cape Town, to start immediately.

The main purpose of this role is to sell Products to Prospective Customers and ensuring that targets and standards are achieved consistently. The successful candidates will be required to work flexible shifts in line with Call Centre Operational hours from Monday to Sunday (including Festive operational hours).

Duties & Responsibilities
Outbound Call Centre environment

Engage with new and existing customers
Conduct outbound calls to existing and new potential customers
Identify the customers’ needs
Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
Inform customer of the product and the process required to apply for the relevant product
Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
Resolve any customer and product related queries
Conclude pre-agreement and actual agreement
Meet set Sales and QA targets

Desired Experience & Qualification

12 months minimum experience in outbound call center
Grade 12/Matric qualification
Microsoft Office (Excel)
Previous Telemarketing sales experience – highly advantageous
Clear disciplinary record
Clear ITC and Criminal record
