Our client is looking to employ a Telesales Consultant

SALARY
R120 000 – R180 000

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Telesales
Working towards meeting Sales Targets set by Management
Receive sales call from customers
Cold calling of business opportunities telephonically
Create a sales plan, identify product groups, target customers, review and adjust if needed
Generate sales leads / updating customer base
Quote for customer requirements using Company pricing guide
Follow up on quotes within 24 hours and maintain quote register
Capturing of customer orders on the system.
Customer account management
Attend Sales Meetings and provide required feedback with sales numbers,
Attend required scheduled product training /sales training
Assist with any project/item as may be requested from time to time by Management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Matric
2 – 3 years Telesales / IT Sales experience
Computer literate on MS Word and Excel
Familiarity with the IT environment/ related products
Paying attention to detail
Teamwork
Stress Management
Good numeracy skills / able to perform basic calculations
Good written and verbal communication is must.
