Looking for a freelance website designer / developer to assist small company with setting up and managing website.

Requirements:
- Design, develop and maintain website from inception to deployment
- Implement best practices for SEO, performance optimization and security
- Experience with digital design
- Knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, UX
- Advise on website layout
- Experience with 1-page websites
- Able to design websites which work equally well on laptops and mobiles
- Able to explain technical jargon in easy-to-understand terms
- Good command of English
- Patient
- Artistic

Preference will be given to persons living in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town
