JOB DESCRIPTION
We run a Mining and Construction Machinery/Plant Sales and Hire establishment that provides after sale services and maintenance services for Plants, Repair of Industrial Machinery and Sales of Parts.
We are looking for a responsible candidate for the organization and management of a workshop. This will include setting and maintaining workshop guidelines, scheduling and organizing participants, overseeing the execution of the workshop, controlling the fleet and conferring with workshop participants as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duty is to provide an environment for participants to exchange ideas and knowledge about a specific topic. Workshop facilitator's job is to help participants to be successful in the workshop by helping them to identify their goals, keep a record of their progress, and provide feedback.
The duty is to organize and direct the work of participants in a workshop. This may include setting the agenda, organizing the work space, distributing materials, and generally facilitating the workshop. In addition, the workshop manager may be responsible for maintaining order and enforcing the rules of the workshop.
The duty is to create an environment in which all participants feel comfortable and can learn. He/she should be attentive to the needs of all participants, establish and enforce rules and regulations, and provide training and support to participants.
The duty is to make sure workshop is running smoothly and to keep everyone safe. He or she also makes sure that all materials are available and that all participants are following the safety guidelines. When possible, the workshop manager tries to get participants to share their ideas and work together as a team.
The duty is to organize and run the workshop. This includes setting the agenda, making sure all participants are aware of the goals of the workshop and providing a positive learning environment. The workshop manager is also responsible for ensuring that all materials necessary for the workshop are available, that all participants are properly equipped, and that the workshop runs smoothly.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
+3 yrs Workshop Management Experience
Formal Qualification in Management (Or Equivalent)
Valid Driver's Licence
No Criminal Record
Open to relocation
