R1.2 – 1.5 M per annum

SUMMARY

My client is the world´s largest supplier of systems for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and industrial technology. They operate in 168 production locations in 32 countries

RESPONSIBILITIES

End-to-end responsibility for respective portfolio sales & margin in the region (Middle East and Africa
Responsible for creating and implementing timely regional product range development plans (from business cases to project execution) for respective portfolios to achieve defined KPI targets derived from business/ customer requirements in IAM and OES
Define, align and execute regional respective portfolio strategy, as part of the regional category book workstream
Act as the regional AM product owner to support the regional front-line sales team to ensure the flawless go-to-market strategy of existing portfolio and range extensions
Be the voice of the regional market to define the product specifications, to position the product in the right customer segment for financial success
Proactive positioning of products in premium and budget segments
Support operational and strategic planning processes in the regional respective portfolio

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Experience in product management, specification & development processes
Knowledge of automotive products, Clutches and suspensions
Strategic and analytic thinking and active execution of product strategy targets
Negotiating, influencing and relationship management skills
Drive for results and execution
