My key responsibilities included: Responsible for receipt, opening and distribution of Company Mail  Daily processing of Manual Orders, Fleet Kompact Orders and Sundry Orders  Daily processing of Invoices, Credit notes, Statements and Transactional Documents  Prepare Creditor Recons for Weekly, Monthly and Misc Payment runs (various regions / countries -  as per schedule)  Follow-up regarding reconciling items (Investigate, Request Support, Request Credit notes, Query discrepancies)  Prepare Payment Remittances after Payment runs and forward to vendors  Liaise with branches regarding the correct creation and processing of orders  Ensure filing of all supporting vendor documents, Recons, Remittances, Statements etc.  Custodian of Creditor application process for Company  Segregate Creditor Team leader duties as when required (When Team leader Sick or on Leave)  Assist with review of Misc Creditor Recons  Assist with Internal and External Audit request  Assist Accountants were needed Have a positive attitude, self-motivator and self-confident.
