HI I am currently self-employed working for companies and private clients from NPO /NGO to some of Cape Town’s biggest companies. My focus is client services and training, empowering the user to take more confident action when troubleshooting or researcher various issue. This issue can be in the form of installation, error repair, basic email application and much more. Environments like this requires certain tools most in the form of research and a lot of late nights. My last employer U.W.S has contracted me at Sanlam Head office for 6 years, under U.W.S & Gijima. I held various positions, Support agent, System Support, F.S.E, and Senior I.T technician I don't smoke or drink and do have a driver license. I’m skilled in A+/N+, Wi-Fi connectivity, LAN topologies, software installations, updating software, problem- solving, backing up of computer and laptops Data, building and repairing systems. In 2012 I was employed at Sanlam Head Office as FSE by Gijima and as an I.T Technician by UWS, by attending to the user’s hardware issues so that the user can get back to work as soon as possible. I Build and repaired damaged computers and laptops. Lenovo products from “X, T, W, M series and Power computers. I soon migrated Gijima as an FSE (Field Service Engineer). I set up all kinds of users from different departments on their emails desktops or laptops, printer, scanners, also building or rebuild O.S on to computers and add all their policies, programs on to user computer or laptops. In 2010 I was employed by “Hewlett Packard - U.K” as technical support in the IPG (Imaging Product Groups) department. We render support to End user in the UK and surrounding areas. IPG is printer support, helping the client connect the Printers and scanners to their computer, Mac system, routers, and iPhone. I have a strong understanding of most Microsoft software and Operating systems from Windows 98 - Windows 10- and 6-month’s experience with MAC systems (10.4, 10.5, and 10.6) Currently I'm doing my Lenovo certification; from 2014 I have many certificates and still doing more every time a new enrollment is available.
