o Quality Assurance: Testing overall functionality of the system using prescibed test scripts/cases and Writting defects registers when necessary. o Configuring the system: OpenText based system for the client. o Contract/Content Migration : Migrating the client data that currently exists in other systems to the newly implemented system. This task involved Master Data Cleanup, making sure that there are no duplications and all the content from the client systems has been succesfully migrated to the correct workspaces. o Obtained opentext certifications and Project Management(listed under certifications’ section) o Business Analysis Activities: Gathering Business Requirements Specifications, Writting Functional o Requirements Specifications, Test Cases and Re-writting documentations for solutions that are already in place Assisting with Project Coordination Activities such as: o Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours (once created by the PM) o Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings. o Documenting minutes and actions, and then following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. o Helping to prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings. o Following up on project deadlines assigned to individuals o Providing administrative support as needed. o Ensuring all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project – Update on company SharePoint o Update the Project Schedule weekly ( focusing on current issues/dependencies mainly) o Autotask Activities: Check that projects are created on Autotask Draw timesheet reports from Autotask Check that all project team members have updated Autotask (weekly)
