I hold a diploma in Project Management, an undergraduate degree in Media and Communication Studies, an Honours degree in Psychology with a Quantitative Research background in SPSS, and a Master's and PhD degree in Qualitative Research. I hold various certificates, published numerous articles in the Peer-reviewed Journal (Qualitative Sociology Review), and contributed two-chapters in the book Narrating the Everyday. Currently completing a second Master’s Degree in the field of Governance with a focus on Public and Development Sector M&E.
