I have been working as an Admin clerk since 2012 doing filing and capturing supplier invoices onto the SAP ERP system. Before working permanently at Makro, I worked in various departments within the store including Goods Receiving, Call Centre as well as Reception working with customers. While working as a Goods Receiving Admin Clerk I also trained as a Data Capturer, capturing supplier invoices for payment onto the SAP system. I am currently assisting the Goods Receiving Admin DM with his daily duties, i.e. reconciling the daily receiving reports before it gets signed off by the Receiving Manager. I also deal with any supplier or warehouse queries that may arise. In my years as an admin clerk I have dealt with many different suppliers and have managed to build a good relationship with the suppliers. I am a well organised individual and fast learner who can work to the best of my ability under pressure. Whether it be on my own or supervised, I work well in both situations. I believe I can excel in a new environment. Given the opportunity, I know I can make a positive impact on the business.
