I am a young dynamic, motivated and driven individual who aims to explore a career on the field of Food Science. The industry interests me the most is Food Safety System Management on FMCG manufacturing companies, Logistics and Supply Chains management also open for other industries. I have experience working in Dairy production, Canning and Bottling Manufacturing operations for over 3 years. Currently I’m working at PnP Distribution Center Supply Chain as Quality Control officer. My experience includes Implementation of SANS 10330 Advance HACCP, FSSC 22000 and R638 Regulations Governing General Hygiene Requirements for Food Premises, the Transport of Food. It would be an honour to gain the technical knowledge contribute to the business and be able to share the knowledge I have gained at my previous workplace with the following generations coming to join the company at my current proficiency level.
