I offer a diverse background as a consultant and recent Masters graduate with a background in the medico-legal, and HR space. I have also been fortunate enough to gain experience in one of the key assessments companies that focused on talent, both potential, and current, and methods of dealing with recruitment, succession, leadership, and general talent related issues. During my time as a consultant I opted to pursue my internship as an intern industrial psychologist. This space allowed me to develop and integrate a wide skill set, and offered me a unique space to develop a broad sense of the consultancy scope. During this time I was able to – Successfully develop a performance based KPI measure, which was built and equipped for a shareable technology platform Oversee and co-ordinate virtual team engagements, and buildings with a diverse team that stretched across South Africa, and Canada. Plan, intervene, and facilitate key skills based trainings. Manage and lead key projects to full fruition and succession Interview, assesses and develop rapport with a wide range of clients in the medico-legal space Interpret and report on a range of results from psychometric assessments Preform and develop key career programs and reports Interpret, preform and plan an organisational development initiative, and leadership development program My passion human and organisational flourishing has lead me to fulfill many roles and gain a diverse understanding of culture and climate, and a deep appreciation for it. It is this passion and my ability to be able to manage multiple tasks, with an attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn and develop that are characteristics I feel make me a strong candidate in the Human resource consultancy scope.
