With over a decade of experience in the food industry i have worked and i am well acquainted with all aspects of the restaurant industry from serving and managing a bar ,running coffee shops(as well as making coffee),managing FOH running the pass A la carte. I also have administrative experience in running the kitchen. I a innovative and love to create new food/menu ideas from scratch, costings and GP Management.
