In terms of my qualification, I have a Higher Diploma in HR Management (NQF6) with Intec. I am computer literate and familiar with most programmes. I have sound knowledge of all relevant legislation and possess the necessary budgeting skills. I am extremely proficient in processing and maintaining filing systems for all employees and the organisation, which I deem is the most important function. Besides, I am highly skilled in assisting the department with various HR related activities which include maintaining and updating organizational charts on a regular basis, updating the department’s information on the company website along with other HR programs including strategic planning activities. Furthermore, I take pride in my capability and experience in providing administrative support to the company’s business partners where required and assist with both the company’s compensation and appraisal programs. I understand the skill and discretion required in handling employees’ verification requests and competent enough in providing the same in a timely fashion. Most prominently, I am a team player having an acquired ability to pay strong attention to detail where required. My ability to exercise strong judgement in times of crises became the reason for many strong personal appraisals in my previous places of work. I possess both the confidence and skills required to represent my department and company when required. I am a punctual, well organised and a willing dedicated worker. When given an opportunity to prove myself come what may I succeed. I do my best to understand and learn new responsibilities. If there are areas that I do have limited experience, I am a quick learner and I am willing to learn.
