Responsibilities Review regional market drivers and competitive landscape to position the company to increase market share and revenue sources from existing and new customers; Monitor changes in the market situation and legislation requirements, and recommend or implement action to meet changing circumstances as required; Lead the preparation of the marketing strategies and business plans by working proactively with global and local team members and the OE and Service marketing managers and Product Support teams; Guide the technical product leads to successfully identifying key product development needs. This includes overseeing the development of business plans, value propositions, ROI, break-even analyses, and coordinating stocking strategies and requirements with planning; Establish customer relationships at various levels within their organization; understand customer business drivers and decision-making process to capture more of their spend; Oversee market analysis data to assist the Regional team in strategic planning; Partner with sales, product management, engineering, manufacturing and supply chain in the development of new products and services; and Evaluate challenges faced by the business and act to mitigate risks and develop opportunities.
