I have 29 years’ experience in Labour/Employee Relations of which 24 years were in the corporate environment. Since July 2016, I practice as an independent labour consultant, assisting clients with, disciplinary hearings, incapacity, grievances, retrenchments, employment equity as well as preparation and presenting cases at the CCMA. I also provide labour relations training to clients. I am a registered assessor and moderator with the Services Seta. Services can be provided per hourly rate or a monthly retainer.
