I have over ten years HR Generalist experience in an operations/ manufacturing environment, nine of which have been in a management role, and five of those in Senior Management. I have worked with administrative and factory employees on all levels, including shift workers, with a key focus on employee engagement and relationship building between management and employees in order to achieve the strategic goals of the company. My passion is organisation development and people development and I enjoy managing all aspects of the HR function, while collaborating with all other functions, to achieve both. What I will bring to the role is my ability to understand others and to get people to understand each other, thereby building trust which results in effective teamwork and high engagement and productivity. I enjoy studying and being up to date with the latest information on leadership, HR and OD, focusing on taking the relevant learnings and ideas and implementing them in the organisation, and then monitoring the success and modifying the plans as necessary.
