I am passionate about helping others, having worked in a food manufacturing environment for 31 years in various positions in the laboratory and SHE departments, including being a manager of both departments. I have implemented, maintained, audited, and improved various ISO systems including ISO 9001, 14000, 45000, and FSSC 22000. As well as extensive systems related qualifications, I have a diploma in Microbiology and have also done analytical chemistry and chemical engineering subjects. I have worked extensively with chemicals locally sourced and imported. I have been responsible for legal compliance for all codes of practice mentioned as well as SEDEX registration.
