Traveller at heart, I am passionate about food and telling stories. I have worked in Lifestyle TV (Pasella, NAweek, Expresso Breakfast Show, DIS!, and Oorsee) most of my career and have done photography, videography, video editing, and writing for these shows. Other than TV, I have freelanced for the last 12 years. I went back to study culinary arts, full time, 2017-2018 and won a competition in baking bread which sent me to Cape Cod, USA, to work in a kitchen for 5 months (their summer season). My ideal is to try combine all my skills and talents one day and for now I am getting all the experience I can to achieve that. I'm a hard worker, I want the best quality, I want things done quickly and effectively. If you're not going to do something properly then don't bother doing it at all. On the other hand, I am a fun person who wants to learn and experience new things (especially new foods) and always try to stay calm and positive. That's all for now... hope we speak soon!
