I aim to bridge the gap between best Human Resource Practices, labour law and business continuity. Through a vast working knowledge and experience in labour relations matters and laws pertaining to the corporate- and field working environments, I practice a diplomatic, unbiased and detail oriented approach towards Human Resource Management. In addition to this, I aim to optimize risk-, corporate governance-, and compliance management systems and procedures in place; the latter resulting in the reduction of risk to the client and/or company I work for and an overall better working environment for all. I am a quintessential team-player, ideal team-leader and ‘out-of-the-box’ thinker. I have recently become an entrepreneur by starting my own small batch craft ice cream business.
