I am an enthusiastic Service Advisor since 2006. I have completed all my courses – Nissan certified service advisor SSO1, SSO2, SSO3 and certified KIA service advisor completed with my certificate. I have excellent all round communication skills when dealing with people at all levels. I also have a very strong personality, my customer service is I believe exceptional, and my CSI never under 87% - 91%. I take my work very serious as customer service is very important to me, and always comes first. I am extremely organized. I have worked in Admin, finance, sales and as the receptionist also.
