I left school in 1988, working for Trust Bank (at that time) now Absa, I have two sons, both have good careers, I raise them myself, and I am very proud of them. I am a hard worker, I am loyal to my job, I am single, so I don’t need to rush home, I stay by myself. The reason why I want to work in Natal my mom moved to Winkelspruit, she is in an old age home, my eldest brother is also staying in Winkelspruit. I really don't mind to re-locate. I am in the training sector for 20 Years, I started with logistics supervisor in 2000 and work my way to were i am now, Campus Manager, I like challenges, I love working with people, especially learners, and staff. I belief keep your staff happy then your clients will be happy. Staff play a big role in every business, but in education you need to be on your feed, helping staff struggle, either with personal or work-related issues. Learners is also important thus when I do an interview for lecturers, I must make sure the learners will get the best learning experience. I work long hours, and I don’t mind, as I know everything must work according to implementation and organisation. I set goals for me and my staff, you have to work towards a goal, otherwise there is no structure and no guideline. I also lecture accounting and I am a certified Pastel trainer; it makes me proud when my learners graduate, they worked hard for their qualification. I make sure with assessments all the relevant documents been prepared for the assessors and moderators, I also do assessments and moderation when I get the time. I strongly believe in quality education; thus, our policies and procedure must be updated with any change, and our quality management get at least once a month a review. I have the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with our learners and our corporate clients. I support my staff and help where I can, were a team, and a team is stronger than 1 person. I make sure the learning material is up to standard, the lecturers have all the tools they need to equip our learners with the best of the best. Skills development is also important. I conduct training needs analysis. I need a challenges.
