I am very passionate about the Insurance Industry and view it as one of the most important profession. I have great leadership abilities and managed and drove targets with 20 advisers within a successful franchise. I have excellent communication and trained and mentored academy advisers as well. I recruited and managed advisers from different life companies and ensured that all business was written with the higest standard of compliance, both internal and external. I thrive well in a leadership role and believe I am a very focussed individual who wants to achieve the best. I was the only lady Franchise Principal during my time of employment.
