I have now 2 years experience in my job. I am a responsible and well trained receptionist with a matric qualification and a qualification in Professional Receptionist obtained at Damelin College. I have additional general administrative skills, paying attention to detail and ensuring accuracy at all occasions. I am computer literate with excellent typing skills, working knowledge of Microsoft office packages and experience in operating switchboard, receiving and transferring calls,receiving of visitors and deliveries. I have strong customer service and communication skills. I am reliable, punctual, trustworthy, hardworking and always willing to learn new skills.
