I have managed teams up to 80 people on a project, and always work well with the team. I manage project execution from a plan and expect high standards from the teams working on the project. I build relationships with the team as well as the customer and advocate a one team approach. My project plans are developed in details so as not to miss critical tasks on a project. My previous technical experience on SAP assists me to ensure that integration aspects, including integration to external systems, are taken into account. I am not adverse to conflict, but would always try a softer approach before reverting to HR policies.
