My customer service skills make me a good fit for this role. I have a strong willingness to help others and I am quite accommodating. One time while I was working as a Front Office Supervisor at Okaukuejo camp in Etosha National Park. We had a double booking due to replicating problem and both guests arrived just before main gate shut. There was no other option to leave the park after sunset. I phone our Area Manager who was on off days to find out if we can use his house to accommodate guests. He was a bit hesitant due to that the house is not within guests accommodation abd clients are already not happy. I told him that sometimes we have to take risk. I came back to the guest and told them we are going to offer them Presidential suite. We took them there and they were so happy. What makes me proud is when guests went to recommend the Presidential suite to their friends.
