I learned my national diploma of local government management and my B-Tech of public management at Tshwane university of technology with more than 3 years experienced of administration. I had the opportunity to become acquired with the fast pace and distinct challenges of working in a large university as assistance administrator and working at a school as assistance administrator. I have learned in a variety of Human Resource management and strategic planning and as i have worked as TUT support services whereby I was the assistance administrator of which we doing administration work, pproviding administrative assistance such as ensuring efficient operation of the office, ssupport lecturing staff and chief administration through variety of task related to the University and communication, ability to effectively communicate via telephones and emails by ensuring that all University business day to day duties are completely accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner, organize and schedule meetings and appointments for lecturers, Maintaining a filling system by keeping all records of the Department of Public Management including files records of departmental financial (Ordered books receipts, Booking accommodation for contract lecturers), research and creates presentation for monthly book reports for students
