I have a vast knowledge of the IT industry with more than 20 years’ experience in the HR field. My specialist knowledge includes the full Human Resources spectrum, Labour Relations, Change Management (people & system changes), Skills Audits and Training. I assist my clients with employment contracts, HR policies and procedures, detailed job descriptions, performance appraisal systems and labour relations support (disciplinary hearings, poor performance management, labour disputes, resolving grievances and CCMA representation). I developed various training materials and also developed, trained and assessed Leadership development for Managers and Team Leaders.
