The bulk of my professional background is that of a passionate sales and business developer executive within the training ,online education and skills development sectors. I have had the privilege of attending and partaking in several training workshops and entrepreneurial summits hosted by renowned professionals such as: Grant Cardone - Sales Coaching , to Jordan Belfort, Clinical Psychologist Jordan Peterson , Navy Seal Jocko Willink , and 4 Star General Stanely A. McChrystle . I believe I have gained a considerate amount of valuable information that can add value to the organizations growth obligations. I thrive on educating and developing my skills by taking action to find a solution. I find it a great pleasure to be confronted with a problem and being able to find the suitable solution by means of team efforts and ingenuity. I value teamwork and brainstorming with colleagues as it adds great joy and motivation within the office environment and therefore being able to learn and support team members in their own career objectives. I love putting myself up against bigger challenges and making the necessary adjustments for the best possible result. It is also through working for CCL Global that I found a deep passion in how psychology plays an integral part in the success of a given company and its employees.
