I am from Benin Republic, a permanent resident in South Africa with a South African ID. I have completed my University studies and worked professionally in South Africa. I have a passion for Economics and development issues and I like making a difference in the life of ordinary people with my job. I have a thirst to learn and contribute my skills in the achievement of the organization vision. I am an energetic, principled and competent young professional with overall five years’ experience in leadership, team building, proposals writing, analysis, logistics among others. My last full-time job involves a great deal of independent research, developing relationships with clients and partners, capability building, reporting and monitoring, self-motivation, logical and analytical thinking, critical skills, qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Through workshops, we provide managers of public and private sectors, NGOs with skills and aptitudes that transform their mindsets and help them operate in a new paradigm. The diversity of our clients provide us with a broad view on development issues such as education, health, housing, security, food security, child protection, gender equality. I am also fluent in both English and French, whether in reading, writing or speaking. I hold basic conversation skills in Spanish. I am a fast learner and a good writer.
