I am an ambitious, courageous, hardworking young adult and I was born in Temba but currently staying in Mamelodi. I carry with me a matric certificate which I obtained in 2006 and a Marketing Management N4 and N5 certificate which I obtained in 2009, only left with one subject to obtain my N6 which contains of four subjects. I have worked at the South African Social Security Agency(SASSA) as an Extended Public Works Program(EPWP) candidate and I was doing a range of things there from Grant Administration which included screening of beneficiaries and ensuring that they get the best service and their needs are met at all times as the clients I dealt with were the most vulnerable citizens of our country and we were just trying to help out and ease the burden of poverty in our communities. I also worked at Net1 Financial Services under Moneyline Financial Services whereby I used to enrol clients to use our products which were green debit cards under Grindrod bank which made it easy and more convenient for them to access their social grants anywhere they wanted. This experience has given me more customer service experience and I've gained alot of knowledge about what people want and how they want to be treated and that at the end all a person requires is respect and understanding. I've helped people from different races, backgrounds, religions and so on and one thing that will remain is we are human and are the same and we want to be treated equally and want service, that's it, and I have that spirit in me to treat people equally and not making anyone feel more special than the other, I practice Batho pele principles and have natured these skills through the years. Some additional skills I have include computer literacy, listening and communication skills as they are most important, especially to understand what you are saying and is being said to you and for the person you are talking to, so that they can understand you and what talking about. I am very passionate about customer service and Batho Pele principles and want to give the people in our nation the best service their so dearly deserve. People these these days are not motivated about their work due to financial problems by lack of planning and budgeting and bring their problems with at work as a result clients will be the one's feeling this because of slow service and no customer service. I'm one person who's against that and always try to motivate fellow colleagues to change their attitude and remind them why we are here and that's to serve the people of our nation and give them hope for a better life.
