Asanda Kunene took up Media as her preferred career after completing her Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in Media Studies and Political Sciences at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. With only 18 months experience as a Media Scanner at Newsclip Media Monitoring, she has been referred to as the fastest scanner in the Durban branch, with the ability to process over 30 hours of broadcast in less than the eight hour working day. In her spare time she enjoys reading and researching to extend her knowledge.
