I am computer literate with a thorough understanding and experience in sales and customer service. This experience stems from having worked and assisted at the busiest PG Glass branch (Bellville) within the Western Cape. During my time at PG Glass, I formed part of the Counter Sales Clerk team, who on a monthly basis exceeded company targets with the highest turnover monthly within the Western Cape. My responsibilities range from customer services, sales and to that of administrative work. My networking and interpersonal skills comes from dealing with customers and customer problems with different magnitudes. These qualities have equipped me with the ability to communicate professionally and efficiently with customers ranging from walk-ins to insurance companies and Brokers. I am a strong believer in excellent customer service and I am a highly driven individual who achieve goals set especially sales targets as per my track record.
