I, Aviksha Mungar, hold a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Chemistry which I successfully completed at the end of 2018 from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN). I am currently pursuing my Master of Science degree, upon completion making me readily available for employment. As an individual I can be described as friendly, outgoing, diligent, coupled with excellent communication skills. I am a self-motivated individual who strives for consistent job satisfaction which I ascertain to being a productive and trustworthy employee. I offer integrity, hard work as well as a disciplined and orderly approach to my tasks. I am also a critical thinker and I strive for perfection. Additionally, I strive to meet deadlines and I have excellent work standards as well as neatness with attention to detail, whilst complying with rules and regulations, and the orders from my seniors in charge. My aspiration for the future is to be employed by an organization which will encourage knowledge and growth while simultaneously challenging my abilities. I believe that I can be an asset to any company, institute, or organization, where I can apply the knowledge which I have gained from my academic years which will leading me to become a key employee within the organisation. New challenges are welcome and I thrive on developing alternatives during problem solving. I have a strong lateral thinking capability coupled with a drive to learn and the ability to adapt to any environment. My resilience allows me to be a strong team player with the capability of dealing with ambiguity and adversity. My academic years have provided me with a vast amount of skills which I believe can be applied to any field in industry. Innovation is a key skill gained from my academic experience. This skill allows me to present a new angle to any scenario such as problem solving as well as project related work presented to me at the workplace. Furthermore, I have also gained experience in: research, data capturing, analysis and quantification of results, report writing as well as project design and management. Therefore, I truly wish to join a company through a vacancy, which will serve as a further training for me as an individual to further develop and equip myself with more skills. I believe that I am a fast learner and will develop great leadership skills, to lead the people, solve the problem, strategize solutions, test solutions, followed by delivery of well-considered execution methods, and obtaining very successful results.
