I started off in the learning and development field as an Occupational directed trainer. I specialised in the adult learning field for 6 years and within those 6 years, I moved onto Curriculum Development. I designed training curriculums for 2 years and was promoted to a Global Training Lead position. I then moved into the operational field as an Operational Performance Analyst to gain experience on the other side of training and development. Reviewing and analysing key issues within the business and recommending solutions to optimise business revenue and reduce costs. Over my 8 years of experience I have acquired a wealth of knowledge and skills. In my current job I also do project management.
