I am an experienced Learning and Human Resource Professional with a demonstrated history of managing teams in the FMCG, Petrochemical and Manufacturing Industries. I am skilled in driving talent development agendas in both Technical and Leadership space; influencing functional Directors in leading and developing Functional Skills Dictionaries to build professional skills capability; driving the organizational strategy for Diversity and Inclusivity across the group; developing leadership capability supported by Assessment Centers and Psychometrics. In addition, I have worked on key Talent processes namely Recruiting Graduate Talent, Succession planning for mission critical roles, revitalizing and driving Performance management, implementing Talent management and Talent Retention strategies in supporting the transformation agenda.
