I am a 34 year old Lady who has 4 years experience in Project management , managing International, Local and in our African continent Projects with a success. I also have 11 years experience in Project Administrator and Document controlling management skill using different document system such as Aconex, Share Point, Team centre, that include submitting documents , getting them approved , capturing them in the system , Delivering originals to the client, making sure that all documents on the system are up to date, updating the Vendor Document list as per client document requirement , compiling the document system and compiling Data Packs that include the QA/Q, Purchasing orders, Operating Manuals, Minutes of the meeting. All the company documents that needs to be in the system scanning, filling, making additional copies and keeping track of the documents.
