I have supported the prototype team to produce standard production drawings, liaised with suppliers for product availability, and conducted root cause analysis on component failures. I have also acted as a manager for the Satellite Command Centre, where I developed a management information system for wagon maintenance, captured incident information, and coordinated wagon movements.
