Driven the Management Of Fixed Assets (MOFA) and the productivity through agreed KPI’s and efficiencies. Ensuring that all legislative and industry standards are achieved and timeous action is taken where required ensuring that there are no areas of non-compliance within maintenance. Supports production in achieving KPI’s through planned maintenance strategy in order to achieve service through KPI and efficiency achievement. Implement training and development of Maintenance team through utilizing Skills Matrix and the World-Class Manufacturing Principles - Business Centered Maintenance (BCM) and Total Productive Maintenance(TPM). Compilation of monthly engineering business sustainability report and completion of month-end engineering costing budget control sheets.
