I have cooked for as long as I can remember. As a professional, I found my skills were in the numbers, Cost of Sales and Labour costs, but I still love to cook and be in the kitchen. Running a team of top chefs and training new ones to develop skills and move to new heights. I have been fortunate enough to be recognized as one of South Africa’s top casual dining chefs and built a reputation as a bistro dining specialist winning numerous accolades and awards along the way. I am a firm believer in sustainability and show it brazenly in how and what I cook. At this point in my career, I am interested in furthering my skills by moving to international clients and/or larger international corporations.
