I have worked in customer service roles within various contact centre environments for over eight years, I have gained a vast amount of administrative skills. During my time as a Campaign Manager, I led a team of 20 agents on a Toyota SA outbound campaign. I facilitated training such as soft skills, telephone etiqutte and equipped my team with skills to work on various CRM systems which were specific to the unique needs of the business.
