Through my 7 years of private cooking for family's of varying nationality and preferences I have been able to use and grow my skills as a chef and dietician. The people I met and the numerous places I have traveled to has expanded my knowledge of food and given me a vast 'recipe bank' to draw from. Being organised, self motivated, good with time management and having an ability to adapt to changing circumstances or requests are skills I have been able to develop and strengthen while working as a solo chef within an inter-dependant team.
