I have managed to go through the accreditation process with ETDP SETA with 3 programmes in 11 months. I passed the QCTO accreditation process on the first attempt and have 1 Occupational certificate accredited with them. I help clients to naviaget the process themselves and play an advisory role so that I build capacity so you never have to come back to me all the time. I am here to develop your skills and transfer skills to you, not to create dependencies. I also take existing material and content and align it to standards. If gaps exist, these are filled. If you want to monitor quality in your delivery team, I will help your team participate in developing a quality improvement cycle that they create for their context. It is based on reflective learning. The report generated does not focus and single out people, but focusses on the process that led to actions. The process is then corrected/updated to give a different result and change is implemented and tested again. The manager accounts and takes responsibility for the process as an owner.
