I am a senior operations / manufacturing manager with extensive experience in the supply chain, food-manufacturing sector with immense technical and automation expertise. I have a track record of introducing Lean manufacturing principles, re-engineering increasing margins and EBITDA by reducing variable costs , increasing OEE’s and improving food safety standards. I’ve been able to achieve this as Factory Manager, GM and Operations manager in previous positions in Technical and Food Manufacturing industries. During the past 20 years my manufacturing experience has been in Food Packaging , processing and bottling operations in SA and Malawi.
